OUR DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
The Fine Print
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Mon-Fri). Delivery is via standard shipping method and usually takes between 3-5 working days to arrive at its destination.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and another email to confirm your order has been shipped. Please make sure you have added us to a safe sender list to make sure you don't miss this email.
If you have selected a pre-order item, you will have been advised of a pre-order delivery date at the time of placing your order. We will contact you via email to keep you updated of your order status.
Please note: this date is approximate and whilst we will do all we can to meet the advised delivery timescales, there may be the rare occasion where delays occur which we were not able to predict.
If you choose to order an item which is available for pre-order, along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock unless you contact us to pay for an extra delivery.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we are unable to accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided in incorrect.
If you are not in when the carrier attempts to deliver your item, please follow the re-elivery instructions provided on the card left by the carrier.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported missing if you have provided an alternative delivery address to the carrier.
We really hope you are delighted with your order, however if you would like to return your item(s) please contact us on email@example.com and include your order number, name and address in your email. We will accept returns within 14 days of the item being received by you. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in a re-sale condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. If, on receipt of the items, we agree the items are faulty or damaged, we will refund the cost of the return postage.
Please ensure that you use a trusted shippng service and keep your receipt as proof of postage as we will not be able to issue a refund if your parcel is lost in transit. By keeping the receipt, you may be able to present this as evidence to the carrier should you be eligible for compensation from the shipping service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inform you that we have received your return and we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show in you account. We are a small business so will not be able to refund your original postage costs. This is something we will keep under review as the business grows.
We take so much care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but if you do receive damaged goods, we politely ask that you photograph the damaged item(s) and send the photos to us via email for us to review.
As soon as we have reviewed your photo(s) we will process your refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, please follow our standard returns procedure.
